That's what you think.  We've got users who keep *every single* email message 
they get - even the NDRs.  One user wouldn't listen and bounced off the 2gb 
limit on her .pst file. But the 2gb limit was with Outlook 2000.
 
Outlook 2003 and 2007 have a 20gb file limit.  We just recently upgraded our 
Exchange server to 2007 and are rolling out new systems with Office 2007.  I'm 
tempted to start a pool on who bounces off the 20gb file size limit for Outlook 
first.
