Know you're going to need?  I archive stuff I think is amusing, interesting or 
evokes some sort of reaction (generally positive), but I don't want to venture 
a guess at hoe often I haven't actually gone looking for the archived stuff.

Sounds to me like you just need a bigger desk.

You should upgrade from 2000.  Tom provides a nice explanation of the file size 
limits.
