This thread seems to have gone on and on so I'm sorry if I missed any
mention of these things. I truly appreciate everyone helping me from time to
time, maybe some here will find these helpful.
Has anyone seen the UBitMenu Plugin that provides a Free option to use the
old menus with Office 2007?

I have also found some good MS resources to help people transition to Office
2007 that have helped my family.
This is pretty good - Click on Start the Guide: it will
bring up the old 2003 menu, select the function you are
looking for and it will show you where that function exists
on Word 2007.

Same as above for Excel - Interactive: Excel 2003 to Excel

Make my document look like a Word 2003 document - also good:

The Word 2007 training site - Up to Speed with Word 2007 is
very informative and can help make sense of the new layout.

I Know, I know, why spend more money to modify office 2007 but
either you get into the 21st century or you pay the money and
retreat to the older version style <GGGGGGGGGG>
