I just started to use the new M$ Office for work. I think ribbon interface
is an improvement but it took me a month and a half to get there. The old
interface had things hidden in menus while the ribbon has things laying out
to be found.

Where M$ really falls down on the job is the help file. I really need the
search function in the help file to bring up how to do things when you
search for them. I was looking for how to do a header in Word and what the
help file returned for header didn't include a simple explanation of how to
set up a header. I had to read through a bunch of files and figure out
from the context how to do what I wanted to do. There should be a clear
explanation of common tasks.
