OSX presently can be put on the MSI Wind without complications, that
being said, there are some possible issues with Apple's ownership of
OSX. The most difficult parts of using OSX on the Wind are the touchpad
and the Wifi setup. Neither is a show-stopper if you have enough
patience but the issue of whether or not it's legal still comes up sadly.

Also one final word of warning, an external drive to back up your old
configuration is never a bad idea when playing with any major change int
he OS. I don't know of anyone who cooked a Wind, but some folks have
skillz. I was happy enough to get it running Linux reliably i.e. no
problem with kernel support for the ethernet port that OSX just doesn't
seem worth the trouble.
