Your SSAN is surely coded into the state's drivers' [license] database.  These 
days any state trooper and likely any local cop in a car has a notebook 
computer or equivalent that can query/lookup the national database with the 
state of issue and the drivers license no., so what's the need to code it into 
the DL#?
