Again the same old same old from M$. The current product is always claimed to be solid and trouble free. Then the new one ships and they start running ads that reveal that the previous version was a piece of crap.
I posted something very much like this message back when Vista was released and our WFBs were fawning over it.
I don't upgrade because the previous OS was a piece of crap. I upgrade because the new OS gives me new capabilities that will increase my productivity or at least show me a good time.
