I'm sorry for the misguidance about Firewire. I thought I had read somewhere that they were phasing it out, can't recall where, and then was looking for an inexpensive Mac notebook for a friend. The new MacBooks don't have Firewire but there was a $750 refurb that had it. I think he got one.
