So Betty, can I run my Adobe Premiere (that sucks:/ ) built for Windoze on a Mac?
You can sell your Adobe Premiere, and budget $199 [or less--buy discount for $150 new] for Final Cut Express with the money you save by using a Mac with a good $700 prosumer camera instead of buying a pro camera that you don't need with Windows.
I use both Macs and PCs. I run Windows on my Mac using VirtualBox software and an XP installer from a dead Dell. I have Premiere. Haven't used it in ages. Final Cut Express will pay for itself before your first job is done. If not, go back to programming.
