But, why would a store sell a computer that did not meet requirements for the OS that was installed on it, or better yet, why would the manufacturer sell it, or even better, why would the retailer stock it?
Silly question. Selling computers with inadequate RAM is a very old story. In fact, if the retailer were taking the high ground they would not be selling Windows.
