I wonder what database would be accessed in order to obtain relatively current images of everybody? If commercial enterprises would also be using such a database to make money, would they not need to have the permission of the person being targeted? How could such a massive database be instantly searched, especially if perhaps thousands of searches were being performed simultaneously?
