Unfortunately, we are stuck with the holdings of the Supreme Court. If people could be sued individually for actions taken on behalf of a corporation, corporations couldn't have a viable workforce. Lower Merion's school district also isn't technically a corporation but a governmental entity. Incidentally it gets real tricky when discussing the US Postal Service in this regard. ************************************************************************* ** List info, subscription management, list rules, archives, privacy ** ** policy, calmness, a member map, and more at http://www.cguys.org/ ** *************************************************************************
