I don't think anybody has hit the "regular contribution" threshold,
but I'll certainly signal when somebody passes it.

I found the Lucene patch contribution page, but it's in the wiki.  Any
preference for the site vs. the wiki for this?  Probably process stuff
goes in wiki?
