Thanks Chris.
Clean install of SME 7.4. No updates applied.
"yum --enablerepo=smecontribs install smeserver-php5-cgi" works without issue,
so this is not an issue with the contrib packages per se.
I will install the packages and then attempt an update - hopefully this will
tell us which package is causing the conflict.
