Hmmm... Installing PHP5-CGI first and *then* updating everything allows yum to
generate a valid transaction summary. No PHP-related warnings.
I'm guessing from the error message that this is an issue with imp-h3:
> Error: Missing Dependency: /usr/bin/php is needed by package imp-h3
So I will do another clean install and try to hold back imp-h3 during the
post-install update (if possible).
