Shad, any chance of explaining the reasoning behind comment #10 a little
further?

I build PHP5-CGI 5.2.8 months ago and up until now it has always installed from
smecontribs without issue. You can still install it on SME 7.4 vanilla install
so long as you don't run an update first. The problem only occurs if you try to
install *after* updating.

If this really is a problem with my packages, then I will fix the issue, but I
need some guidance either way.
