After discussion we want to add another ability to smeserver-mailsorting.
Obviously if smeserver-mailsorting is installed we cannot use sieve scripts
so the idea is to retrieve the sieve status and the user_sieve_allowed
if both are enabled (the two enabled by default) then we let to dovecot the
permissions to handled the email, if any rules of mailsorting has matched.
if a rule of mailsorting match, then mailsorting handles the mail
