mailstats version 0.6.31 to cope with extra plugin types
Ok, so this is a newer version which takes the plugin names from Dani's wiki
entry and also the ones that Michael has spotted.
DMARC emails are counted in a seperate column as are loadcheck ones. The DMARC
ones may need some sort of special processing once I understand a bit better
what we are getting and how it relates to the other categories.
