ok, yes,. that fits in nicely.
I'd like to count the number of emails received which are accepted due to the
DMARC policies. I guess aht will be a non logterse entry.
And also it appears that "reporting" emails are sent from the mailserver direct
to domains that request it - can u see any way of recognising those? They come
from "localhost", but so do webmails (and some others as well - e.g. mailman).
I've finally found the dmarc plugin code in /usr/share/qpsmtpd/plugins. It
makes interesting reading.
