The plugin is /usr/share/qpsmtpd/plugins/dmarc.
A mail rejected by dmarc will print something like this:
@40000000572a14ad2cbff49c 17998 (deny) logging::logterse: ` 1.2.3.4
front.koozali.org front.koozali.org <[email protected]>
<[email protected]> dmarc 901 failed DMARC policy msg
denied before queued
