Fiddling around with my firewall (and googling the last days about letsencrypt
and DNS) brings me up to a solution, which works for me now. To remember, SME
is behind an OPNsense, which is a fork of PFsense.
Firewall-Proxy was from beginning always in transparent mode. Server has been
always white-listed, means should have been unrestricted. All updates, clamav a
few other requests from the server to outside have always been worked without
any issue. I have no idea why a get-request in the case of dehydrated didn't
work with this config.
It turned out that altering a network LAN-rule, which includes the IP of the
server, not to bypass the proxy, solves the problem.
I don't know if this is specific for my config, I hope it'll help anyway.
