tried your rpm, few issues
first I got locked out without configuring any exclusion. after masq restart

seems that there is an error in the syntax somewhere.
I had to desinstall as disabling the Geoip option did not allow to create a
working masq.
one element make me wonder if you are using the compiled version of xt table
from the repo : Couldn't load target
`denylog':/lib64/xtables/libipt_denylog.so; or this is maybe just an artefact
of the badly formated masq.
i will investigate, and amend your code, unless you are not ok with it.
