maybe it would be better call them GoodCountries ...
also the reverse match could be set using
$reverse = ( ($sshd{BadCountriesReverse} || 'enabled') eq 'enabled' )? '!' : '
' ;
and keep the badcountries for al, while there is an explicit option and get
this clear.
