Ahhhh.
So, we have some extra templates already there, but they are not enabled.
Grrrr.
That needs some settings enabled.
So really the report-ham.sieve and resport-spam.sieve should be empty unless we
have sieve enabled??
Or email-update should not run the sieve rules if it is disabled?
I'll go back and think again!
