This is more complex than it appears.
First as per my comment there is an issue when some config items are not
enabled which creates the original bug. That still needs fixing.
Your #c8 is probably because you are not using the templates correctly. The
ones I did were to test.
There are proper template fragments already there. We do not need another one
(I missed that while testing).
I'll try and work out how to enable it correctly tomorrow.
