How did you boot the kernel? With the supplied BootX App 1.2, booting the
all.gz initrd with the vmlinuz-2.4.4-6.2mdk kernel from MacOS 8.6 works
fine. I believe I had problems booting to linux from MacOS 9.x, so if you
used that you may want to retry with 8.1 or 8.6. The installer
automatically detects the MESH SCSI interface and the SCSI drive attached
to it. All with Mandrake/PPC RC1.
