I am using both Roxio EzCDCreator (aka adaptec 5) and NERO and both give me
the same results. I can start up the cd and get to most of the install and
configure but when it goes to actually install Linux it barfs.

Thing is I lack a CD recorder so I have to go to someone that runs those
icky things like Windows or MacOS and have them burn it for me, hence I
need to know what software I should ask if he/she has so that the burn
works. I have not run anything but Linux the last 8 years so I am all out
of touch with the commercial software market.
