I can't really accept RPM's, I track what the main distro allows. I had hard time getting netatalk in. I will gratefully accept PPC specific patches to software we ship though, as well as consider any suggestions for improving things on various machines. The beige G3's seem to be rather troublesome, but if you happen to know what it is about our kernel that gives them fits, I'd love to see suggestions on how to improve it. the Mandrake kernel offers a lot that you don't see in a generic kernel.org or BenH kernel, and I try to pull in what I can from the PPC world to give you the best of both. To name a few things: xfs, jfs, reiser, ext3 freeswan supermount a lot of extra drivers and patches Of course this doesn't preclude you from rolling your own or using a prebuilt kernel from another source, if you feel it addresses your issues. I really can't ship several different kernels for different machines, but I could create a space to put kernels built to different specs, if needed, but I think http://www.ppckernel.org/ is already doing a lot of that work.
