Then which site is? That was my question.
And can I be guaranteed that an announced binary RPM is already
available there at the time of the announcement?
I want the download RPM URL to appear in the announcement so that if I
want it, all I have to do is click on the URL in the announcment as I
read it. To have to come back in a day or even one hour is
unacceptably impractical.
