I have 2 install issues
System Config:
PII 266 128 meg ram
Video Card: Diamond Virge 4 meg video connected to a Voodoo 2 (Both PCI)
Monitor: Acer Acerview 76e
Linksys etherfast 10/100 (ne driver works great) (ISA)
Linksys nc100 10/100 (problem 1) (PCI)
SB AWE 64 (ISA)
Install issue 1:
It won't recognize the nc100 ethernet card.
Install Issue 2:
It freezes (including freezing the mouse) just before it gets to "X
Configuration"
What I plan on doing with this beast:
dual purpose: home firewall, caching dns, mail, web server and Linux desktop
I'm a redhat pro toying with mandrake so I could be doing something the
"Red Hat way".
Any help would be appreciated, if any of these issues have already been
addressed, I apologize, I just joined the list.
