Uhm... --noclean gets rid of that problem (losing everything you've dlded so far). But I do agree on the resume thing...when I have to cut urpmi for some reason and continue later, I have to do it twice, because I have to see what package isn't fully dlded (it errors out on install), delete and dld again.
