Die Karte wurde scheinbar erst mit OSS betrieben, ich weiss nicht mehr so 
recht, da ich etwas den �berbnlick verloren hatte...

Nach dem ich den Treiber auf ALSA gestellt hatte, wurde aber die Audigy 
eingestellt. Damit gings nicht. Man kann aber noch manuell das Richtige 
(emu10k1) ausw�hlen.

It seems the card was configured first with OSS, but I can't say that safely  
anymore, as I tried to much.

After I configured it to use alsa, the audigy was configured. But that did not 
work. After configure it manually to emu10k1 it works.

Hope this helps to track it down. What you proposed did not work.
