Better support of dial up on more places, including:

- dialup for users 
(where-should-i-click-to-connect-to-the-net-syndrom)

- possibility for drakfw to set the device per hand if drakfw is not able to 
detect the dial up device. 
(after-drakfw-i-dont-have-any-connection-syndrom)

- possibility to have configured more then one isp at a time
- update isdn4k-utils
