Yes, there are a lot of bugs and all can't be closed because either: -infos are insufficent for reproducing the bug ("I doesn't work..")
Then at least the bug status should be changed to needinfo.
At the moment there are 955 bugs with the status unconfirmed 48 of them were not changed after March 2003. [1]

All these bugs have nothing to do with the installation. It is just sad to see that no one cares about the bugs. If there is no time to fix the bug than set the bugs to resolved later.
[1] This includes installer and hardware bugs b/c i could not search for all packages except installer and hardware.
