- with alsa:
  o all channels should be unmuted
  o all channels levels should be set to 67%
- with oss: all channels levels were already set to 80%

the initial volume to set on first boot is a sensible setting since
depending of what amplifier (if he as one...) & speakers or headphones
one has.

also, we now will have about noisy sound because on some cards,
unmutting some channels make some noise.

but this can be easily cleared on first setting in any mixer ...



btw tests & feedback would be greatly enjoyed in order to definitively
close that bug.

once mdk9.2 is out, i'll merge sound & alsa services...
