Very soon MSN is no option at all for non Windows users anyway (15th October). And Yahoo is going to block 3rd party softwares too. Then I think the IM client to use is one of the sectors where MS could be quickly beaten. Jabber works on a lot of OSes and will never be restricted. BTW, it shows again how Free software developpers are more open-minded than Windows devs.
