When opening this file with gv, the file seems to be invalid: gv says it contains only 6 pages instead of 22, the pages are empty, and in the gs messages window the following error appears: Error: /undefinedESP Ghostscript 7.07.1: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1 in ...................................
