I'm not generalizing - I was just giving an example that, sometimes, Windows 
convert will in fact use emacs. I never said that I thought that most would, 
only that some would. Please don't assume that I'm saying things I'm not!

I thought the whole discussion was how to avoid going to 4 CDs? Both Dowload 
and Powerpack are 3 CDs, so I'm pretty sure this applies.
