I don't know if this is useful, but all KDE apps crash on me with sig 11,
I shouldn't say all, some work but anything involving konqueror
doesn't. Mentioning because other people seem to be using it? Maybe
there's soemthing with my setup.

I have this same problem, and I did install them.
