How odd.
My setup doesn't seem to automatically insert the via82cxxx module. Does yours? I
tried removing all sound elements and then running modprobe via82cxxx and I get
the following error:
[root@copernicus misc]# modprobe via82cxxx
/lib/modules/2.2.16-9mdk/misc/sb.o: init_module: Device or resource busy
/lib/modules/2.2.16-9mdk/misc/sb.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.2.16-9mdk/misc/sb.o
failed
Any ideas?
