What is meant is that you wipe your master boot record by booting to
*DOS* with a boot floppy & entering "FDISK /MBR" - i.e. when it prompts
you for start options, hit shift + F5, enter FDISK /MBR & reboot. If
Windows is still flagged as bootable, it will rebuild your mbr & boot.
Note that this will wipe your Linux Lilo boot record - you will have to
boot it with the floppy that was made during install.
