[Cooker] whine about wine

hello,

        Didn't wine used to be packaged with a sample config file,
wine.ini ?  This file could be used as a template for creating
wine.conf.
Doesn't seem to be in the 9/9 rpm.  Still trying to get the latest one
downloaded to check.  Is this supposed to be missing?
