mkisofs can do it. It's just a matter of getting someone to create a
graphical, drag-and-drop equivalent.

What I would like to see is how to get the functionality of some of the
Win32 CD utility programs like the ones that allow you to browse defective
disks to retrieve files that a regular file browser can't see (bad TOC,
improperly closed multi-session).

How do they do that?
