[Cooker] glibc2.2 - incompatible locales

Well, update to glibc-2.2 was more or less successful ... In 7.2 I had
locale set to ru_RU.KOI8-R and everything worked. After update to 

glibc-2.2.1-7mdk
locales-2.3.1-6mdk
locales-ru-2.3.1-6mdk
and a couple more (sash, compat-glibc and ldconfig of course)

I've lost Russian (updated with rpm -U without any unresolved
dependencies).

It turned out, ru_RU.KOI8-R is missing in new locale package (not even as
alias). After resetting it to plain ru everything worked again. This may
be bad surprise when updating from 7.2 to next version.
