As a non-expert -- I think you've either got to
a. slam it in there with --force --nodeps or
b. upgrade to glibc 2.2, and that involves slamming the glibc stuff in
there -- see previous messages, or
c. Download all of the cooker files, trying hard to get all of them,
and then install a cooker version of mandrake 7.2, or maybe just buy cooker
cds (the canadian place supposedly sells them for $10 apiece). I could
never do the iso files right but if you have a couple gigs on your hard disk
you can just pile 'em on there, make a hard disk boot disk and install it
from there.
