This is, IMHO, the problem with automaticaly added build-requires. Other
distos (and we did) build the same packages with glibc 2.1.3, so there is no
real reason why _building_ package x should require updated libraries.
Certainly binaries would require it, but I think we've gone to far with
automating the build process...
