This sounds like the same problem I had and was originally reported as
bug 3002. At the time I thought it was Lyx messing up when it went to
print.
Later I surmissed that it might be ghostscript with the problem. I
noticed that if had images encapsulated in the ps document that as soon
as it was about to print the page with the image it would print all the
remaining pages on one page.
If I tried printing just the page with the image on it it worked fine.
Might be worth generating another bug which is more refined than my
first attempt. Maybe reference bug 3002.
