You know, the lack of reading comprehension in this thread amazes me. I have
clearly proposed that one research the most commonly critical packages for
someone using Mandrake 7.2 (let's say), which I have tentatively listed as :

Apache
MySQL
PHP
Mod_perl
Maybe the kernel.

I have nowhere mentioned that ALL conceivable packages must be kept updated
at all times. Nice twisting of the argument there to make it appear
unreasonable, though.
