Just a quick note... Unlike Windows users, you can always download the
source for a program and compile it to get it working with your libraries.
In some cases you might have to upgrade a few of the libraries, but the
ability to recompile programs for your system is a powerful thing that
Windows users don't have. I think I might get a funny look from MS if I
asked for the source for Office XP so I could compile it for my win95
system.... ;)
