The best I can possibly do is to "invest" in another popular video card <sigh>, especially because 3dfx Company (Voodoo manufacturer) is now out of business. I have two clients with old Trident cards - Mandrake will not install on either. It used to. The developers of X (MIT) should be doing a much better job.
